The meaning of our house, Suruga is anciant name of Shizuoka area where our founder was born. And Kappo means skilled cooks who are trained to make real Japanese cuisine for years are making your dishes.

Yosenabe is typical Japanese one pot dish cooked at a table. More then 25 ingredients is just awesome. 6000yen/ per person.

An angler is a fish which has 7 different parts and very delicious. All course menu includes sashimi. 6000yen/ per person.

Suppon is a soft-shelled turtle live in ponds. This unique turtle is famous of containing lots of collagen, beauty energy. It is also good to eat on hot summer day to get over. 7000yen/ per person.

Fugu is the most high-quality fish in Japan. This delicate fish has poison and person who handle this fish must have licence to it. Fugu's sashimi is going to be one of great moment in Japan. 10,000yen/ per person.

Red sniper's shabushabu. 5000yen/per person. Shabushabu is not just good with beef. It is very good with fish.

This course includes soup, an hors d'oeuvre, sashimi, tenpura, and rice or noodle. This magnificent dish, Shiogama, not only delicious but also exciting. Be surprise!
